Corporate & Institutional Real Estate Credit Manager Permanent

This leading International bank based in the West end of London are currently looking to strengthen their Corporate & Institutional Credit Team. Interested applicants must have acquired demonstrable Real Estate Credit experience covering medium/large Corporates/Institutional clients in the UK and Europe. Duties will include:- To drive the Credit process on a cradle to grave basis. Providing input to the business team on viability of Credit proposals and challenging where appropriate. Attend client/ analyst meetings & banker presentations in support of the relationship manager. Ensure quality of submission’s of credit applications. Write up new credit applications in corporation with the relevant relationship manager. Provide feedback and present to all relevant parties who are involved in the credit process including legal/external solicitors. Assist the senior credit director on monitoring credit quality of underlying credit portfolio and report on periodic basis through relevant platforms, WB Risk forum and branch risk committee. Excellent knowledge of MS Office skills in Word and Excel are required.
