Deputy Head of Loans Administration Permanent

A highly regarded City based International bank are looking to engage the services of a very experienced individual who has acquired demonstrable Loan operations work experience at supervisory level. Primary duties will include:- Monitoring the day-to-day workflow of the team covering Syndicated/Bilateral and Agency Loan facilities. To ensure all Loan products are accurately booked and processed, providing the highest level of service to the banks customers. Reviewing & checking facility documentation, supervising the less experienced members of the team and participating in department project work. Conducting yearly & Mid-year appraisals for the team, setting objectives in line with bank’s strategy, and assisting with recruitment.
