This well respected West end based International bank are looking to recruit a professional and highly personable individual who has acquired a minimum of 5 years Facilities/Procurement management experience within Financial services at a responsible level. Duties will include:-
Assist the manager to ensure Health & safety requirements and all facility management services
are to a high standard.
Processing third party invoices for payment
Assist with the onboarding of suppliers as per the procurement process
Assist with completing risk assessments for H&S, security and the building
Carry out desk assessments when required
Identify opportunities to improve all aspects of facilities management.
