Junior HR Business Partner – (12 Month Maternity Contract)
One of the Cities leading European banks are currently looking to fill a 12 month maternity contract within their small but busy HR team. This role will suit a numerate, confident and organised individual who has acquired at least 2 years previous HR Generalist work experience within the financial sector. Duties will include:- Coordinating the on-boarding/induction process for both starters & leavers.
To produce HR metrics and reports on various HR topics including headcount/appraisals and objective training. Advise employees on all HR related subjects and processes. Supporting numerous internal/external stakeholders. Assist and support all department projects to include the banks diversity initiatives. This role represents an excellent opportunity for someone to enhance their HR administration capabilities.
