Payments Banking Services

A highly regarded City based International bank are looking to strengthen their busy banking services team. To be considered for this role applicants must have gained in-depth knowledge and experience of International Swift Payments, including previous experience of releasing Swift/Chaps payments. Other duties will include:- Providing a customer support service ensuring that all payment investigation queries are fully resolved within the agreed timescales. Opening and closing of customer accounts, including any applicable ongoing client account maintenance. Reconciling nostro reports. A high level of attention to detail is required
