This highly regarded City based International bank are looking to engage the services of an experienced Loans Operations Manager on a hybrid working basis. Interested candidates must have acquired demonstrable Loan Operations work experience together with proven managerial experience within the financial sector. Managing a team of 9, duties will include:- To manage the day to day work of the Loans Administration team. Contribute to the planning and development of the banks Loan administration function, keeping pace with market developments/legal & regulatory requirements and the changing needs of the business. Recommending solutions to develop the Loans system capabilities and procedure enhancements. Coach and develop team members to improve and enhance overall skill levels. Manage performance, set objectives and provide regular feedback to staff. Act as the most senior point of referral and escalation for issues and problem resolution.
