Managing the relationship with the front office & other bank branches regarding issue management and inquiries related to back office operations. To enhance standardisation of end to end operation flow for the banks Operations plan, and progress various projects for further optimisation. Organise monthly performance Evaluation meetings, develop and maintain issue logs and MI data sources.
